Ethics of Image

Manipulations are wrong i think they should only be situational. They should be situational because you shouldnt make a picture look all crazy and stuff or change a persons apperance. Just do it if theirs like a scratch or something like that. I think a photo can capture the truth because it just captures that moment thats happening.I mean how cant it capture the truth if you are taking the photo at that exact moment.As a photographer i think that manipulation can only be done in a situational way and if its important to do.The news should only tell the truth.

Fashion Ethics

This video is so crazy, they made a lot of changes to this woman.
They changed her:
eyes
mouth
eyebrows
neck
shoulders
forehead
cheeks...

I think its wrong to change a persons appearance that much. I mean you can changed someone like just simple stuff about a that person. You dont have to give them a whole new look just do something small. Dont change their whole face to make them look prettier or their neck to make it longer.

1. I think its worse when you change a persons way they look so much or when you put a plain behind a person.

2. Its ok to do changes when theres a scratch, a water spot or something like that.

3. The difference between fashion photography and photojournalism is that in fashion photography you take pictures of models and the fashion world. Photojournalism is a class in highschool and you get to take pictures of anything (sometimes) and others of certain things.

The main point in this article is that they change a picture so that their university could get more students.They first took a picture of a bunch of white fans cheering and then added a black guys picture. They didnt like the first picture so they decided to do a different one, but instead they monupulated the picture. They new it was wrong but they still went a head and did it any way.

This picture is so blue and keeps repiting the blue and it can just look like an oceaan.

this just repeats all the chairs and it looks like gold.

Melanie Burford is a fantastic photographer.She use many different skills to put together this slide show. It is awsome. She has so many different stuff. She took her time to take all this photos and then create them into a slideshow that is very cool. I think what made this a great slideshow its how it fallows a familys life. It shows what they been trough and that was some hard situations they were going through. I think the most interesting thing on the entire page are the videos. Thats some stuff their but its all cool. The videos are awsome.

I think the photographer was standing in front of them when he took the shot. Well sort off a little bit to the side.

The building is what you can see. But can you see the man in the air??? The buildin leads you to see the man falling next to it.

After Printing

After going into the dark room and getting to print i was like finally. First you choose a picture from your negatives, next you clean your negatives with negative cleaner, then you put it in the enlarger. After you put it in the developer dektol for one minute, next you put in the stop bath for 15 seconds, then you put it in the fixer for two minutes. At last you put it in water for about five minutes and then you put to dry over night.
